(ANSA) - WASHINGTON, 03 SEPT - From tomorrow the electoral process for the vote on November 3 starts virtually in the US. From 4 September, in fact, the cards will be sent to the homes of voters who have asked to vote by post in North Carolina. North Carolina is one of the states in the balance and it is no coincidence that Donald Trump went there just yesterday.
Four other 'battleground states' - Pennsylvania, Michigan, Florida, Minnesota - will begin voting by post or early by the end of September, prior to the first presidential debate scheduled for 29th of that month.
Arizona, Ohio and Iowa will start early voting soon after, in the first seven days of October. (HANDLE).
