The Würzburg Federal Police is investigating two men who allegedly fought on a train for assault.
According to the officials, the reason is a long phone call from one of the accused.
Accordingly, the incident occurred on Wednesday.
A 31-year-old had taken the ICE from Nuremberg to Würzburg.
He took part in a conference call from 9 a.m.
At around 10:20 a.m., the train staff informed him that his phone call was interfering.
When the man didn't hang up, another passenger apparently lost patience: The 51-year-old is said to have sat down next to the 31-year-old and closed the laptop.
The 31-year-old left the compartment without further ado and continued to call.
Confronted
After his return, the constant phone user confronted the 51-year-old.
The man then hit him in the face.
In the subsequent tussle, the older man's glasses broke.
The men had to leave the ICE at Würzburg Central Station, where they were received by officers from the Federal Police.
