To participate in the competition, "open exclusively to professionals of the sector with proven experience operating on the Italian territory", it is necessary to fill in and sign a registration form, available at the internet address www.coppadelmondodelpanettone.ch, to be sent by 30 September 2020 to segreteria@coppadelmondodelpanettone.ch.



The preselection in the South will be held on Saturday 31 October in Reggio Calabria at the Francesco Cilea Theater.

In Central Italy it is scheduled in Pistoia on Saturday 14 November at Gustar, the Training Center of the White Arts, while in the North it is scheduled for Saturday 21 November at Congusto - Gorumet Institute in Milan.
