This was clarified by the CEO of Tim Luigi Gubitosi talking about governance in the AccessCo project for which a Memorandum of Understanding was signed. And so he does not comment on the possible decisions that the regulators will take: "Independent authorities will verify that there is equal access and I believe and hope Brussels will have the right approach, I do not comment on what it should do". Then he underlines: "Stop talking, you have to start working". The ruling of the EU Court "does not concern Tim but an investor (Vivendi, ed) who has a negotiation with Mediaset", "is a novelty for the Italian media but does not affect us directly.
