These are the North, Bas-Rhin, Seine-Maritime and Côte-d'Or departments, four departments that include large cities such as Lille, Rouen, Le Havre, Strasbourg and Dijon , plus two departments of Corsica (Corsica-Sud and Haute-Corse) and the island of Reunion, in the Indian Ocean.
