Gérald Darmanin decrees a "general mobilization of the French" to report to the gendarmerie "clues" which would help the investigation into acts of barbarism committed on horses.
The Minister of the Interior, traveling in the Oise, also warns the owners of horses who would be tempted to “do justice themselves” so as not to constitute a “drama within a drama”.
