Most of you have probably been exposed to an advertisement about various energy drinks that help the body regain the much energy it lost during training.

But this is an unnecessary waste of money.

It turns out that every home in the world has a natural and balanced energy drink that will help the muscles and body more than any of the supplements on the market.

Guess what drink we're talking about?

Well, this is chocolate.

Yes, yes, the next time you participate in a competition or if you exercise regularly, do not spend a lot of money on different energy drinks, but rather go for the wonderfully high-quality and natural material that children love so much.

A new study conducted in collaboration with Canadian and Iranian researchers has found that there is a balance between carbohydrates and proteins in the market.

It strengthens muscle mass faster than milk and even other beverages, and allows a football player to play another six minutes on the field.

Beyond that, the market has only healthy fats, enzymes and natural electrolytes, so its shelf life in the refrigerator is only up to 14 days, but this is actually an advantage over industrial beverages that are durable for months.

Although this is a new study, it is worth mentioning that as early as 2015, NBA player Kevin Love of the Cleveland Cavaliers led a chocolate commercial.

So the sports press laughed at the player who allegedly markets a drink to children and not really to professional athletes.

In retrospect, however, it seems that not only was the player right, but that a lot of professionals and amateurs in the field of sports deserve to go for the natural drink instead of more complex supplements and industrial beverages.
