Generali Italia offers to take over the tax credit envisaged by the Relaunch Decree in relation to the 110% super bonus for energy efficiency and anti-seismic interventions.
From 21 September, customers will be able to contact the Generali agents to start the access procedure for the Superbonus, which will be operational from 15 October 2020. The group will offer 102% liquidity to individuals and 100% to businesses, assistance services and dedicated insurance solutions.

The offer of Generali Italia plans to immediately disburse, against the transfer of the customer tax credit, allowed by the decree as a possible alternative
to the deduction usable in shares of 5 years, 102% of liquidity to individuals (owners and tenants of homes) and condominiums, and 100% to the firms carrying out the works that have access to Superbonus 110%, as well as assistance service through a digital platform and a dedicated helpdesk , as well as a subsidized insurance offer for families, professionals and construction companies. On the insurance front, it is possible to subscribe, together with the credit transfer, policies to cover the risk of catastrophic events for the properties subject to the works, which, according to the Relaunch dl, in this case enjoy a deduction of 90% of the premium paid.
