To avoid "the swamp" the government must "do": "the great positive news is that suddenly we have hundreds of billions of euros to spend to create jobs and not restore Italy but make a new Italy.
Investing in schools , with a great plan, new state-of-the-art schools, it is not a dream because the conditions are in place to make it a reality. It is not a dream to be able to rebuild Italy ".
The secretary of the Democratic Party Nicola Zingaretti says this to Tg2 Post.
"Resources must be spent with great care and intelligence. A better Italy can be created, thanks to Italy's achievements in Europe: I tell the government that we must do it".
Does the government stand if it does things not just to stay there?
"I absolutely confirm it: on your bike you can stand up if you pedal, if you put your feet on the ground it is the swamp. The government must do", underlines Zingaretti.
