(ANSA) - ROME, SEPTEMBER 15 - There are 1,229 infected with Covid in the last 24 hours, 221 more than yesterday.
But compared to the previous day, the swabs processed almost doubled: 80,517 against 45,309.
The victims were 9, against 14 yesterday.
These are the figures from the Ministry of Health.
The total cases have thus risen to 289,990, the deaths to 35,633.
In no region has there been an absence of new positives.
The most numerous in the last 24 hours in Lombardy (176) and Liguria (141).
