Offset and Cardi B in October 2018: Filed for divorce after rumors of separation in the past

US rapper Cardi B has filed for a divorce from her husband, rapper Offset, in a court of law.
That emerges from court documents.
The couple secretly married in September 2017.
A hearing is scheduled for November 4th, according to the Fulton District court, Georgia.
Georgia is the home state of Offset.
Cardi B, whose real name is Belcalis Marlenis Almanzar, wants to have custody of the two-year-old daughter Kulture and also demands support for the child from her husband.
The couple had plans to separate two years ago.
"We felt a lot of love for each other, but it just hasn't worked for a long time," said the musician in a video on Instagram in December 2018.
When the couple reconciled a year later, Cardi B told Vogue magazine that the problems had to do with her husband's infidelity.
The former stripper had hits like "Bodak Yellow" and "Money", and almost 76 million fans followed her on Instagram.
Her latest hit "WAP", in which she celebrates female desire, caused controversy.
