Luca Palamara was heard by the assembly of magistrates enrolled in the ANM on the appeal he presented against his expulsion from the union of robes - of which he was president - for serious violations of the code of ethics.
This was decided by the assembly itself.
"I have not sold my function to Lotti, to Centofanti or to anyone", the magistrate said I doubt. "I ask to be judged peacefully", he continued, speaking to the assembly of the ANM. "I am here because I think that everyone's interests come first, of the judiciary, of my colleagues who, despite myself, have been overwhelmed", he declared, assuring that he never wanted to escape the judgment of the ANM and the trials.
