(ANSA) - MOSCOW, 21 SEPTEMBER - The Russian Supreme Court has definitively abolished Russia Futura, the party founded by Alexei Navalny. The Court confirmed this to Interfax. Last year, the Ministry of Justice had denied registration to the party, having justified its decision with the fact that this name had already been used by another organopolitician. Since 2012, Navalny and associates have been trying to register their party under different names (the People's Alliance, the Party of Progress and Future Russia) but the Ministry of Justice has denied them registration each time due to some errors in processing the documents, or because other parties had already been registered under these names.
