"It is serious, however, - continued the lawyer - that the search took place in a manner that is not relevant to the purpose of the operation, with an unsubstantiated decree that can be applied to anyone and with obvious constitutional problems, given the obvious presence of institutional conversations in President Fontana's cell phone ".
According to Fontana's lawyer, "an invitation to provide telephone data would have been sufficient to achieve the same investigative result".
