    Available for free on smartphones and tablets (iOS, with an operating system equal to or greater than 12.4, and Android, with an operating system equal to or greater than 5.0), it is useful - underlines a Sky note - to manage the Sky subscription independently, to be always in step with the contents, request assistance and discover the advantages and benefits that Sky has reserved for loyal customers for the longest time, thanks to the Extra program.


    Just download the My Sky app to view the Home and find a dynamic and personalized mosaic.

With the TV Guide section you can immediately immerse yourself in Sky programming and keep up with all the contents of the week, on air and on demand, as well as find information on your favorite titles.

The new app also allows you to set a reminder and allows you to start a recording from your smartphone, an essential function for those who don't want to miss even a second of their favorite program.

In addition, you can go directly to Sky Go and start watching your chosen program immediately.


    Fundamental for those who want to independently manage their Sky subscription and to check the invoices at any time, is the Do-it-yourself section which also allows you to have an immediate update on their activities.

A section where you can not only check and change your TV subscription, but also subscribe to new offers, such as the subscription to Sky Wifi, Sky's real fiber service.


    The Assistance section allows you to get quick help from Sky: it is in fact possible to request support via chat or ask to be contacted by phone.


    The My Sky App also includes the Extra section of Sky, dedicated to Sky customers for at least one year, which allows you to discover benefits and personalized initiatives.


    It is thanks to Extra that some Sky customers were able to preview the My Sky app.

Over 25,000 customers have joined the project and have enthusiastically contributed to improve the app that is now available in the App Store and Google Play.


    This app was developed with the Agile methodology, for the first time, with the collaboration of the business, IT and designer areas of Sky's Agile Software Center.


    The My Sky app is the result of careful research which has allowed the creation of a new tool created to meet the needs of those who want to have Sky APP services.


    From October, the communication campaign, curated by Sky's internal creative agency, dedicated to the new My Sky app, which will feature chef Alessandro Borghese, will be on air.

A TV, digital and direct schedule is planned for the entire month of October.
