Manuel Neuer and Robert Lewandowski of Bayern Munich and Kevin De Bruyne of Manchester City are the three 'finalists' for the UEFA award for best player of the 2019-20 season. This was announced by the European football confederation. The accolade will be awarded on 2 October following the Champions League group draw in Nyon.
The short list of those selected was compiled based on the votes of 80 coaches, those of the 32 teams that played in the Champions League last season and those of the 48 in the Europa League.
