Today it is possible, thanks to the innovative project that the Consorzio Tutela Aceto Balsamicodi Modena Igp has chosen to develop together with Digital Mosaik - a Trentino start up specialized in virtual reality - with the aim of exploiting technology to support communication and information activities in Italy and abroad of the product of excellence of Made in Italy.
Wearing a viewer, the visitor is transported to a Modenese vinegar cellar between the barrels, observing the grape must that is cooking and a city of Modena that is recreated starting from the precious liquid, with a virtual tasting developed on three levels: visual, gustatory and olfactory. Parallel to the virtual reality experience, a new 360-degree video, usable even without a viewer for virtual reality, will take the viewer on a journey through Modena, discovering the symbolic places of the history of the 'Black Gold', to then continue with a flight over the hills and vineyards and again inside the vinegar cellar.
