The agreement between Fabi and the other trade unions with the Intesa Sanpaolo group for integration with Ubi was signed tonight, which provides for 5,000 voluntary departures and 2,500 hires.
This is stated in a Fabi note according to which the exits will be staggered from 2021 to 2023, while the hires will be made by 2023. The hires, in detail, will be made by December 31, 2023. The agreement also allows the use of the rules relating to "Female Option" and "Quota 100".
