Ingredients
For patties
1 coarsely grated zucchini, well squeezed from liquid
500 grams of ground chicken
2 cloves crushed garlic
½1 teaspoons cumin
1 teaspoon cinnamon
½ as a piece of chili chips
½ Well-washed and finely chopped coriander
½ Well-washed and finely chopped parsley
½ Well-washed and finely chopped peppermint
As a lemon zest
Salt

2 tablespoons olive oil for frying the patties

2 cloves crushed garlic
4 strips lemon zest
2 cups chicken stock (if not - then water)
800 g spinach (fresh or frozen)
200 grams of frozen beans
½ as cinnamon
½ Washed and coarsely chopped parsley
½ Washed and coarsely chopped coriander
½1 teaspoons lemon juice

How to make chicken patties and full of greens?
1 In a large bowl put all the ingredients for the patties, except the bread crumbs: ground chicken, grated zucchini, herbs, garlic and spices.
Mix the dough well, if it is too wet add bread crumbs gradually, until the texture is comfortable enough to form patties.
Put in the fridge for half an hour.
The bread crumbs will add the liquids to the mixture and help it solidify.
3 Grease a baking tray and set aside.
Remove the mixture from the refrigerator and form balls that are not large but equal in size and place on the greased tray (about 30 patties should come out).
4 Heat a large skillet over high heat, add a tablespoon of olive oil.
Put about half the amount of patties and sear them well on all sides for 2-3 minutes.
Remove the patties from the pan and place them on the greased tray.
Repeat the process with the other half.
5 Comes a pan that we seared the patties, over medium-high heat, put two cloves of crushed garlic, lemon peel and chicken stock (or water).
Bring to a gentle boil for 2-3 minutes.
6 Add the spinach and okra, cinnamon, salt and pepper.
Lower to a low heat, cover the pan and let the sauce simmer for about 20 minutes.
7 Add the patties and herbs to the pan and the herbs.
Let them cook in the sauce for 10-15 minutes with the pan covered.
Remove from the heat and add lemon juice.
