Markus H., who was co-accused in the trial of the murder of the Kassel District President Walter Lübcke, is released from custody.
H. was "no longer suspect of having made the aid punishable," said the higher regional court in Frankfurt am Main.
There is "no longer a high probability" of aid.
The HR also reported on the lifting of the arrest warrant.
