Difficult to separate Paris and the inner suburbs
"If this were to be confirmed, we will have no other choice but to place Paris and the inner suburbs in the maximum alert zone and this from Monday," he insisted, adding that he would then take " from Monday the necessary decisions ”.
If the departments of the inner suburbs are also targeted, and not only the capital, which concentrates most of the health concerns, it is because "the movements of populations between these departments are such that they follow the evolution of the 'epidemic', according to the minister.
He indicates that it is difficult to "separate the measures in these alert zones", while many Parisians work in Île de France and many Ile-de-France residents in the capital.
