(ANSA) - ROME, OCTOBER 03 - Contagions for Covid 19 continue to rise in Italy.
In the last 24 hours, 2,844 new cases have been recorded.
Such a high number had not occurred since April 24 when 3,021 were recorded.
118,932 tampons have been made, about 1,300 less than yesterday.
The total number of infected people since the beginning of the emergency rises to 322,751.
There was a slight increase in the number of victims: 27 in one day, for a total of 35,968 (yesterday there were 23).
