Moore cites several examples from the past in which Trump lied about his medical history, explaining that he thinks Trump is losing the election and knows it, so he thinks the incumbent president may be trying to skew the discourse in his favor, and buy fan votes by making America sick.

He reiterates that this is only a possibility and that it is possible and in fact probably Trump is indeed ill, but asks the Americans not to rule out the possibility that this is another lie from the creator of Trump, who he says may cynically harness the disease for political purposes.

"So we must be skeptical," Moore writes, "we must always remain skeptical when it comes to Trump. He may be sick. But it is also possible that he is lying. That's just a fact."

Later in the long post, Moore reiterates that this is only a possibility and that Trump may be ill, but asks the Americans not to rule out the possibility that this is another lie from Trump's creator, who he says may cynically harness the disease for political purposes.

He ends the post surprisingly with a wish for Trump: "Stay alive, Mr. President. Your exit from public life must take place in the right and decent way. You have many years to live.
