In the song
I'm here,
the first single from this album, the composer recalled the moment she recorded this album in Miami.

I remember all that time when I listen to this song, "he says.

Bare feet, white dreams
, the song that gives the album its name, has a memory associated with our country.
"Bare feet, white dreams:" I remember the video, all the ideas that came to mind were spectacular; at that time I was a very fan of surrealist art and I wanted a surrealist video, "says Shakira." We did it in Mexico was also one of the first times that I went to Mexico and fell in love with that country, "he says.

The recording of this album was made in studios in Miami and Bogotá, which include several anecdotes, such as the one he recalled in the song
Pienso en ti.
“I remember a joke they made me in the studio recording.
It was a clock in the hearing aids, the tick-tock, and I said to the engineer: 'I'm hearing a tick-tock of a clock' and he said 'we don't hear anything,' "he recalls.
The truth is that the recording team agreed to play the joke on him.
"I started crying, how bad, what can be done to an eighteen-year-old girl," she said.

Today is the anniversary of one of my favorite albums #PiesDescalzos by @shakira.
This is the record that my mother played in the morning because she would automatically wake up in a good mood and get ready to go to school.
With only 6 years.

I was only 9 years old when I heard this album for the first time, but its soft and calm sound and its lyrics of love and tenderness, apart from helping me learn Spanish, marked the beginning of my adoration of Shak's music for 2 decades!
