(ANSA) - ROME, OCTOBER 08 - Aspi "has informed us to accept the text of the negotiation agreement proposed by the public party, asking only for the elimination of the clause of art. 10, relating to the condition of effectiveness of the conclusion of the corporate agreement". This was stated by the Minister of Infrastructure and Transport, Paola De Micheli, in an audition with the Environment Committee of the Chamber. The clause is that in which the agreement is bound to accept the transfer of control of Aspi to Cdp.

"The stalemate in the negotiation - explains De Micheli - is due to the fact that the non-acceptance of the clause of article 10, which perfectly recalls the commitments undertaken by Atlantia and Aspi in the letter sent to the ministers and discussed in the CDM of 14 and July 15 ". (HANDLE).
