This was stated by the regional partner of the Med area and ceo for Italy of Ey, Massimo Antonelli, opening the EY Capri Digital Summit "A New Brave World", in Rome.
For Antonelli "there is a need for trust and courage: trust, to reduce the uncertainty experienced in September by 53% of the sample examined - in a survey of the Italian population - which in fact limited their purchases, and courage, to make courageous choices and equip ourselves with authoritative leadership, with a medium-long term strategic vision, essential to seize the opportunity offered by the over 200 billion euros of the Next Generation EU program ".
Antonelli indicated three priorities for the plan for the recovery and management of the Next generation Eu funds: a public administration that works, the school and the collaboration between public and private.
In the public administration, Antonelli declares, "there has been a decline in skills" and today public employees under the age of 35 are only 2% and less than one in three graduates.
"We must invest - observes the CEO - to ensure that this moment becomes an accelerator".
