Chef Moshik Roth, whose restaurant "& Moshik", which operated in Amsterdam, closed in May due to the Corona crisis and after eight years in which it received two Michelin stars, is setting up a new and unique project in the Sharon region.
The scratched complex will include a boutique hotel in the style of the Maldives with water bungalows next to two large banquet halls and a central building that includes a huge kitchen, offices, tasting rooms and lounges - and of course a spa and treatment rooms.
"Israel Today" has learned that the architect responsible for the project is Yaron Eldad, and the interior designer is Yaron Tal - the brother of the TV man Erez Tal.
The ambitious project, whose construction has already begun, is expected to open only next year.
In an interview with Israel Today, Roth confirmed the details but refused to elaborate further, claiming that the project is still in the initial stages and that it will be some time before it opens.
