(ANSA) - WASHINGTON, 8 OCT - The speaker of the American Congress House, Nancy Pelosi, has evoked the specter of the 25th amendment to the American Constitution, the one that contemplates the case in which a president is no longer able to exercise his powers and carry out his assignment.
"Come tomorrow - he said during the daily briefing - because we will talk about the 25th amendment. We need to know what the real conditions of the president are, when he had the last negative test", the speaker pressed.
