(ANSA) - TRENTO, 08 OCT - The Regional Administrative Court of Trento accepted the appeal lodged by Enpa for the suspension of the order for the capture and imprisonment of the JJ4 bear issued by the Autonomous Province of Trento, confirming what had already been established in a single meeting a few weeks does.
This was communicated by the same animal rights association.
Next October 22 there will be a discussion on the merits.
The Jj4 bear had been the protagonist of a close encounter last June 22 on Mount Peller with two hunters, father and son, who were injured.
A previous order to kill Jj4 was rejected by the TAR in July.
