After a suspected illegal car race with fatal consequences on a motorway in Hesse, the police are still looking for one of the three drivers.
The fugitive's sports car has meanwhile been secured in Hofheim, the police said.
The second of the three drivers, a 26-year-old man, has since turned himself in to the police.
His car was found in North Rhine-Westphalia.
An uninvolved person was killed in the accident.
According to witnesses, there was previously an illegal car race.
One of the three cars hit the middle plank on the A66 near Hofheim am Taunus and then collided with a car not participating in the race, a police spokesman said.
Both cars were burned out.
Three other cars damaged
The victim in the uninvolved car died but has not yet been identified.
The 29-year-old driver of the sports car first came to a clinic.
He has now been released from the clinic and taken into custody.
In the course of the accident, three other uninvolved cars were damaged.
According to the spokesman, a 55 and 58 year old driver came to a clinic.
An 18-year-old driver is not receiving medical treatment.
The Autobahn 66 was completely closed for several hours on Saturday afternoon in the direction of Frankfurt.
