Wednesday, October 14, the Paris Commercial Court can, on its own, tip the war that has opposed the duo Vivendi-Amber Capital since this summer to the duo Arnaud Lagardère-Bernard Arnault.
That day, it will decide whether or not to convene a new general meeting of the Lagardère group as requested, in a hearing on September 24, Diane Lamarche, lawyer at White & Case who defends the Amber fund, and Dominique Bompoint, Vivendi's lawyer.
Unless by Wednesday, a new twist occurs in this file which has not been lacking since April.
