San Miguel lives convulsed for hours after a young woman died and eight other people were injured as a result of the explosion of a centerpiece that contained fire in a bar.
Still in shock, the father of Lucía Costa (18), the fatal victim, took aim at the place, assured that he should not have been authorized and even charged the mayor Jaime Méndez.
"They came out to say that my daughter was in the background, when my daughter set herself on fire at the second table and they left her lying around for two hours.
