A meeting of the Council of Ministers could take place on Friday evening for the launch of the Dpb, the budget planning document which outlines the guidelines of the maneuver and must be sent to Brussels by the middle of the month. It is learned from government sources.
The same CDM could also give the green light to the maneuver: last year the government launched both the Dpb and the article of the budget law in the same CDM and so it could be this year but at the moment there are no official confirmations. On Thursday and Friday Conte will be busy in Brussels for the European Council so the CDM meeting would take place on his return. There is still no official call.
