The daughter of Rudy Giuliani, personal lawyer and close companion of US President Donald Trump, has called for the election of the Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden.
"Trump and the people who have empowered him have used his presidency to fuel the injustice that has already permeated our society," wrote Caroline Rose Giuliani in an article published Thursday in the US magazine "Vanity Fair".
"We're hanging on the edge of a cliff with a single slipping finger and the fall will be fatal."
Trump's "reign of terror" must be ended.
Caroline Rose Giuliani made it clear that she doesn't like to associate herself with her father, but that she now considers it necessary to use her name and the attention that comes with it.
She and her father, ex-mayor of New York City, were not only politically separated from "multiverses".
Rudy Giuliani has gone from a "polarizing mayor" to "the president's personal bulldog," she wrote.
"I may not be able to change my father's mind, but together we can elect this toxic government out of office."
No more four years
Trump's "inhuman" policies attack LGBTQ +, women, migrants, people with disabilities and people of color - people who are exposed to racism, warned Giuliani, who works as a filmmaker.
The effects of climate change are already being felt - the earth will not be able to survive four more years of the government's "attack" on the environment.
Biden was also not her first choice among the Democratic presidential candidates.
"But I know what is at stake and Joe Biden will be everyone's president if he is elected," wrote Giuliani.
Anyone planning to cast an empty ballot paper or to stay away from the polls should change their minds.
Rudy Giuliani represents Trump legally and often aggressively on television.
He was a central figure in the Ukraine affair that sparked impeachment proceedings against Trump.
Giuliani had actively sought to persuade Ukraine to investigate Trump's adversary Biden.
The Americans elect their next president on November 3rd.
Biden is well ahead of Trump in the polls.
