The suspect arrested Tuesday in the investigation into the death of young Victorine Dartois in Isère, a 25-year-old neighbor who did not know her, was indicted Thursday for murder preceded by an attempted rape, the prosecution announced from Grenoble.
Ludovic B., 25, father of a family living in Villefontaine (Isère), already convicted about ten times for common law offenses, admitted part of the facts, including a strangulation of the young woman consecutive, according to him, to an argument during a chance meeting.
He was indicted for kidnapping, forcible confinement and murder preceded by an attempted rape, the body of the young woman having been found without her pants, said the deputy prosecutor of Grenoble Boris Duffau to the press.
