Atlantia: sells 49% Telepass to Partners Group

(ANSA) - ROME, OCTOBER 17 - Atlantia today signed the contract to sell 49% of Telepass to private equity Partners Groupper 1.056 billion euros.

This is stated in a note, which explains that "after the transaction, Partners Group and Atlantia will work closely together with Telepass on a series of strategic initiatives to accelerate the growth of current business and to develop the platform at a European level": (ANSA).
