The cases of Covid in Italy are still on the rise: 10,925 new infections in the last 24 hours according to the bulletin of the Ministry of Health.
Compared to yesterday, when the ten thousand mark (10,010) was exceeded, there are 915 more.
There were 47 deaths, down from 55 yesterday.
In the last 24 hours, 165,837 swabs were carried out, a new record since the beginning of the pandemic.
The incidence with the number of positives (today 10,925 more) is 6.6%.
Intensive care is increasing (+67), which now total 705. There are 6,617 hospitalizations (+439), while patients in home isolation are 109,613 (+9,117).
The currently positive ones are 116,935 (+9,623).
The deaths reached the figure of 36,474 (+47).
The healed are 249,127 (+1,255).
CAMPANIA, new increase, 1,410 compared to 1,261
New leap forward for positives in Campania: 1,410 (1,343 asymptomatic, 67 symptomatic) compared to the previous 1,261, out of 14,704 swabs.
There are no deaths and 74 recovered on the day. These are the data from today's bulletin of the Regional Crisis Unit for the implementation of measures for the prevention and management of the epidemiological emergency from Covid-19.
The total of positives is 24,443 units while the total of swabs is 751,931.
The intensive care beds occupied are 75 out of 110 overall, the hospital beds occupied are 817 out of 840 overall
LOMBARDY, contagion and intensive growth
There are 2,664 new positives in Lombardy with 29,053 swabs carried out, for a percentage equal to 9.1%, an increase compared to yesterday (7.9%), when there were 2,419 infected with 1,500 extra pads.
There are 13 deaths for a total of 17,057 deaths in the region since the beginning of the pandemic.
Both intensive care admissions (+25, 96) and those in other wards (+109, 943) are growing.
Milan is still the most affected province with over half of the cases (1,388, of which 634 in Milan city), but Monza and Brianza (286), Varese (218) and Como (171) are also growing strongly, three provinces that had had very few cases in the first wave.
