(ANSA) - BANGKOK, OCTOBER 17 - Thousands of young Thai government demonstrators took to the streets in the last hour for the fourth consecutive day, this time in thirteen points of Bangkok, bypassing traffic restrictions and police blockades.
After the authorities blocked the metro network throughout the center and some of the major road links, the rumor on social media pointed to three new protest sites in the north, west, and east suburbs.
Specifically, it is the Lat Phrao Intersection in the north, where thousands of people are arriving, with the crowd continuing to grow.
There are currently no agents in the areas occupied by the demonstrators.
Last night, riot police had scattered hundreds of unarmed demonstrators with powerful jets of blue paint and tear gas.
