Who among us does not like steak?
Almost everyone who eats meat relishes this slice, but not everyone knows how to prepare it properly, certainly at home.
Most of us just roast it with salt and pepper, but James Martin, the respected British chef, reveals his trick for making the perfect steak and he claims there is a surprising spice that is necessary to toss into the pan to achieve a perfect steak.

In a program he recently hosted, the chef who is considered a celeb in England, revealed to his viewers the secret spice that needs to be added to make the steak particularly juicy.
What is there you ask?
Well, he just sprinkled a piece of meat soup powder on the piece of meat from a soup powder cube, which he said added to the flavor of the meat shell.
He explained that the meat should be seasoned with salt and pepper 20 minutes before you start roasting it to let the spices assimilate into the meat and keep it juicy.
Then butter (or kosher oil) should be spread on the pan and you can also add additional spices like garlic and rosemary.
When the butter has melted, put the meat in a pan.
Fry the meat for about two minutes before you crumble the soup powder cube on it (it uses a beef OXO cube) then return the slice to the fryer and you will get a perfect and delicious steak.
Once the meat is ready, let it “rest” on a drop plate before eating.
Have an appetite.
