(ANSA) - BEIJING, OCTOBER 19 - The Chinese stock exchanges open their session in positive territory, in the approach of the third quarter which is expected to accelerate further after the slowdown at the beginning of the year due to the Covid-19 pandemic: the Shanghai Composite index rises in the early stages of 0.49%, to 3,352.82 points, while that of Shenzhen marks a progress of 0.61%, at 2,279.18.
The consensus of analysts for July-September is for quarterly growth of 5.2% and 3.2% on a quarterly basis.
