The photo was posted on Cosby's Twitter page, "in order to reassure his family and supporters that he is in good condition during the Corona plague" - according to the tweet on the social network.
Over 50 women have claimed over the years that Cosby sexually assaulted them, however he denied the acts attributed to him.
In 2018 he was convicted in a Pennsylvania court of assaulting Andrea Constant, who claimed he drugged her and then sexually assaulted her.
During his trial, the judge defined Cosby as a "violent sex predator."
In court, he was sentenced to 10-3 years in prison.
In the year he was convicted, Cosby was expelled from the American Film Academy.
