(ANSA) - ROME, OCTOBER 21 - Deferral to December 31, 2020 of the suspension deadline for the notification and payment of the folders, previously set for October 15, 2020 by the "August Decree", leaving unchanged only the deadline relating to the payment of the 2020 installments of the Facilitated Definition .
In addition, the benefit relating to the longer term of forfeiture of the installments submitted by 31 December 2020 is extended, consisting in the non-payment of ten installments, even if not consecutive, instead of the five ordinarily foreseen installments. This was recalled by the Tax Collection Agency which published the 'faq' on its website after the decree went to the Official Journal. (HANDLE).
