(ANSA) - PARIS, 21 OCT - "We will not give up caricatures and drawings".
This was said by the French president, Emmanuel Macron, during his speech during the national homage to Samuel Paty, the professor beheaded for showing Muhammad's caricatures in class.
"In France the Enlightenment never goes out", he stressed.
"We will continue the battle for freedom" of which Samuel Paty is "the face," Macron said.
