(ANSA) - ROME, OCTOBER 23 - "A huge amount of tampons is being made: we have gone from 25 thousand tampons to 170-180 thousand a day and we will reach over 200 thousand. At this moment, 10 million tampons have been purchased in the tender that closed the Veneto which was the leader for various regions and the 5 million tampons purchased by Commissioner Arcuri. In these hours we are then defining the agreement with general practitioners and there will be liberalization in pharmacies ".
This was stated by the Undersecretary of Health, Sandra Zampa, to InBlu Radio, the network of Catholic radios of the CEI.
