On board a red truck, flocked with the name of his new album "Détail", rapper Koba LaD walks the streets of Paris to distribute sachets of CBD, one of the major active compounds of cannabis.

A legal vagueness
"Today, with regard to the legislation, the marketing and distribution of CBD are still debated", explains Berchir Saket, lawyer in health law. "The government considers that CBD products are considered narcotics when it is marketed quite freely," he says. A legal vagueness that Koba LaD took advantage of to create a buzz around the promotion of his new album.
