(ANSA) - ROME, OCTOBER 26 - The Department of Civil Protection has issued a weather alert that predicts rain from the afternoon, mainly downpour or storm, on Friuli Venezia Giulia and Tuscany.
From the early hours of tomorrow, Tuesday 27 October, precipitation is also expected, with a prevalent downpour or thunderstorm character, over Campania and Sicily, extending from afternoon-evening to Calabria.
The phenomena will be accompanied by strong showers, frequent electrical activity, local hailstorms and strong gusts of wind.
On the basis of the expected and ongoing phenomena, an orange alert was assessed for tomorrow, Tuesday 27 October, in most of Lombardy and a yellow alert in Tuscany, Umbria, Lazio, Molise, Puglia, Calabria, Sicily and in sectors of Lombardy, Veneto, Friuli Venezia Giulia, Abruzzo, Campania and Basilicata.
