The final turnout for municipal seats in Sardinia rose from 44% last night to 59.5%, where 444,219 voters were called to vote in 156 cities, including Nuoro, the only provincial capital.
The final figure published on the Viminale website records 4 percentage points less than the previous administrative session on the island (64.9%).
The greatest influx to seats was registered in Sassarese with 65.1%, then in Nuoro with 63.2% (in Nuoro city 58.8%), then the province of Oristano with 62.5%. South Sardinia followed with 58.9% and the metropolitan city of Cagliari with 49.5%. The center where the call to the polls was most felt is Buddusò, in the province of Sassari, with 81% of those entitled to vote.
