loaf pan
and the following ingredients

7 eggs
200 g flaxseed flour
100 g flaxseed meal
4 tbsp vegetable oil (e.g. olive oil)
1 teaspoon Baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons water
some oil or butter for the pan
Kernels of your choice (e.g. sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds)

The preparation of low-carb bread with flaxseed
Separate five eggs, you only need the egg whites.
You can use the egg yolks for other purposes, for example for scrambled eggs or crème brûlée.
Put the five egg whites and two eggs in a bowl and beat them with a whisk until frothy.
Stir in the other ingredients one after the other: flaxseed flour, crushed flaxseed, baking powder, salt and water.
The dough should have a sticky consistency.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees top / bottom heat.
Grease a loaf pan and pour the batter into it.
Now you can sprinkle the kernels or seeds of your choice on top.
Bake the bread in the oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
Do the
chopsticks test
with a wooden skewer to check that the dough is completely baked everywhere: If no dough sticks, the bread is ready.
Now you can take the bread out of the oven, let it cool down for 10 minutes and then remove it from the baking pan.
Let it cool completely on a wire rack.
