They apparently wrote the text before their first morning coffee: A week before this year's US presidential election, pop star Katy Perry and her fiancé Orlando Bloom appealed to their fans to vote in the upcoming US election.
In addition, the couple published a short, self-composed song on Instagram.
"Get out of bed and go to the ballot box!" Sings Perry, who, like her partner, holds on to a coffee cup and has to join the less textual Bloom in his part.
She has already voted, says the 36-year-old and shared a video of her vote on Twitter.
The singer has been campaigning against US President Donald Trump for years.
For daughter Daisy Dove
"It's about future generations," explains Bloom at the end of the video.
"This little ditty is for Daisy Dove."
Unfortunately, he cannot vote himself, says the 43-year-old.
Bloom is British and is therefore not eligible to vote in the US.
Nevertheless, he asks all his fans to vote "for Daisy Dove".
Daisy Dove Bloom is the couple's first child, the girl was born in August.
The couple has been dating intermittently since 2016.
The singer and Hollywood actor announced via Unicef's Instagram account at the end of August that their daughter Daisy Dove was born.
Bloom has another child: he has a nine-year-old son from his marriage to top model Miranda Kerr.
It's Perry's first child.
Perry recently shared her opinion on parental leave on Twitter.
She doesn't think it's fair that this is often referred to as time out.
After all, the job as a mother is a full-time employment.
