"Unity between State and Regions is essential. There is no need for leaks forward if they then cause disorientation in public opinion. I reiterate that every intervention measure on a territorial scale necessary to restrict national measures has the full support of the government".

This was stated by the Minister for Regional Affairs, Francesco Boccia.

CAMPANIA -

Stop at preschools in Campania starting from Monday.

This is what the ordinance number 86 signed by the president of the Campania Region provides.

Vincenzo De Luca, which contains further containment measures for the contagion from covid. 19.

The stop is starting from Monday 2 November and until 14 November next.

President De Luca speaks of "very severe delays in the decisions of the Government made with the logic of half-means that displeases everyone and does not solve problems".

"There is a serious underestimation of the gravity of the epidemic today and therefore decision times incompatible with the severity of the epidemic are wasting precious time," he added.

"Nobody is allowed to imagine halfway half measures, due to the level of severity of the infection the only measures that are not only serious but effective are national measures" he added regarding the hypothesis of a lockdown for Naples "The rest is wasted time there are regions in which the percentages are enormously higher than in Naples. Nobody says stupid things today, the only measures are of a national nature, the rest are intolerable things ".

VALLE D'AOSTA -

Valle d'Aosta - the most 'infected' region of Italy based on the main parameters (deaths, hospitalizations, intensive care, infected) - has ordered a curfew to contain the spread of the virus.

This was announced by the president of the region, Erik Lavevaz, at a press conference.

The ban on driving will be in effect from 9pm to 5am throughout the region.

LIGURIA -

The maximum capacity allowed on public transport by road in Liguria from Saturday will drop from 80 to 60%.

A new order by the president of the Liguria Region Giovanni Toti provides for this.

Rail transport is excluded.

The measure valid for urban and extra-urban transport will remain in effect until 24 November.

From today, walks 'without justified reason' are forbidden throughout Liguria for three evenings, from 9pm to 6am. The provision is valid until 6am on November 2.

VENETO -

In Veneto, where 3,012 new cases were registered in 24 hours, the president of the Region Luca Zaia announced that "10 Covid centers, there are no alternatives, we are getting there with the numbers" are in preparation.

"We wish we could send patients everywhere - he added - but they are highly infectious subjects, so they must be isolated from others. We are equipping the Covid center facilities to ensure that they are provincial reference points; we will have a hub for ordinary provincial activities and then there will be a provincial hub for Covid. We have no alternatives ", he concluded.
